Ceylon Black Tips

 

Introduction: In Sri Lanka, the lush tea country is divided by a chain of mountains which form the climatic divide of the island into a Western and Eastern region. On the Eastern side is the Uva region while the Dimbulla region lies on the Western side, each producing teas renowned for their distinct character and flavour. Ceylon Black Tips is an Orange Pekoe (OP) Grade, and comes from the Bogawantalwa Valley in the Dimbulla region with elevation ranging from 1100 to 1300 metres. This estate is renowned for the production of quality organic black teas. Ceylon Black Tips is made from long tip leaves, and has a full bodied, sweet flavor. The tea can be enjoyed with or without milk. This tea estate is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Introduction: Also known as ‘Meigui Hongcha', Rose Petal Black is a blend of the popular Chinese black tea ’Keemun’ and fragrant red rose petals.

Robust Keemun
The small leaf tea from Qimen county of Anhui province is best known as the main ingredient for the popular ‘English Breakfast’ blends.

Red Rose Petals
Although there is a whole universe of rose varieties and flavors, the ideal for combining with Keemun are the red roses native to Qimen county. They have a distinct, sweet, cooling aroma that lends great balance to the blend.

Introduction: Lychee is a blend of fine black tea and natural lychee essence. Together, they blend to make a refreshing tea that can be enjoyed either warm or iced.

Full Leaf Specialty Black
Representing orthodox manufacture, whereby the leaf is hand-plucked and maintains an unbroken appearance, the tea leaves for this blend are selected fresh throughout various growing seasons of the year.

Lychee
Lychee is native to Southesast Asia and the Indian sub-continent. Harvested in the peak of the summer, it is considered cooling with rejuvenating properties. It is a small plum sized fruit, with red outer skin, and sweet juicy fruit inside.

Black Mango

Introduction: Black Mango is a blend of fine 100% organic black tea from India, organic calendula flower petals and natural mango essence. Together, they blend to make a refreshing tea that can be enjoyed either warm or iced.

Representing orthodox manufacture, whereby the leaf is hand-plucked and maintains an unbroken appearance, the tea leaves for this blend are selected fresh during the growing seasons of the year.

Mango
Mangos are popular fruits in India, Southeast Asia, and parts of South America. In India alone, there are over seventy different kinds of mango that vary in size, color and flavor. Beyond being delicious and rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, mangos contain an enzyme with stomach soothing properties similar to papain found in papayas.
